HOW DOES THIS WORK FOR THE RIGHTS HOLDER?
The rights holder provides Licensium with free product categories for licensing, royalty rates, available sales channels and other additional information;
We make a showcase of your brand on the website with detailed information, terms and conditions and a rubric and sell your license;
The licensor gets access to the Personal profile of the License Sales Management System, where they will see all the new licensees, sales history, build reports and coordinate designs and promotions, notify partners of the news;
Licensees may enter into a licensing contract based on the copyright holder's model or a universal Licensium system user agreement.
Information about licensors and licensees is strictly confidential and provided only to the current parties within the contract.
TERMS OF COOPERATION
The right holder or licensing agency provides free (non-exclusive) categories for the licensing of SMEs, indicating the territory for licensing;
The Agent opens access to the software to the right holder, where all new counterparties that connect to the software, sales of the relevant categories and other necessary information to record and control the work of the Agent and counterparties are displayed;
The Agent posts information available licenses on the official website and in the Software;
The Agent works on connecting new counterparties to the software in order to sell goods using the brands of the right holder.
Designs and catalogues of goods and promotions may be developed by the Rights Holder, the Agent or the Counterparty;
An agreement is concluded between the Agent and the Right Holder (Licensing Agency) to use the brands for posting on the website and in the software for a royalty on sales;
The Licensor may provide access to the Software to its current licensees to control their sales in a single system. The agent must help carry out access administration and technical support.
The agent charges the counterparties a sales commission and/or a monthly subscription fee for the use of the system. The agent charges only a subscription fee per user to licensees who are connected to the Right Holder.
